One of the torsion springs on my double garage door snapped early Sunday morning — that loud bang that wakes up the whole street. Called around and DPS Garage Doors was the only company that could get out to Oakville same day, and Naum was upfront about the price on the phone (no bait-and-switch when the tech arrived, which is what happened with the last company I used years ago). Replaced both springs since they're the same age, re-balanced the door, lubricated everything. Took maybe 90 minutes start to finish. The door is quieter now than it was before the spring broke. Fair price, clean work, technician was professional and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend.

Booked DPS for an annual tune-up on both our garage doors in Richmond Hill after hearing squeaking and grinding. Went through every roller, hinge, spring tension, cable, and sensor.
