If your door won't open or close safely, it's an emergency — your home's security and your vehicle are on the line. We treat these as urgent:

• Door stuck halfway open or slammed shut and won't budge
• Door off the tracks or hanging crooked at a sharp angle
• Broken torsion spring (our #1 emergency call)
• Snapped lift cable while the door was moving
• Vehicle impact, storm damage, or an attempted break-in
• Opener safety failure that leaves the door unsecured

If anyone is trapped or in immediate danger, call 911 first, then call us.

How fast can you actually get here?

We give you a real time window on the phone — no vague promises. On most days during business hours, emergency calls across Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, North York and Etobicoke can be on-site within a few hours. Outlying areas may add a little travel time, always quoted up front.

What to do before we arrive

• Stop using the door — forcing it can cause more damage or injury

• If the door is open and you're worried about security, stay nearby until we arrive
